MicroCokit Project TRAINING SCHOOL - Methods for detecting and quantifying aquatic microbial communities

The MicroCokit project, coordinated by CNR-IRSA, has been conceived to investigate and identify aquatic indicators based on microbial communities linked to anthropogenic pressures. The project is under the Microbial Community-based sequencing analysis linked to anthropogenic pressures (MicroCoKit), with the framework of the FP7 Marie Curie Action: "Industry Academia Partnerships and Pathways (IAPP)" project.
The three day Training Course is aimed to disseminate molecular bio-tools for the characterization of microbial communities under different anthropogenic pressures.

Workshop Entrepreneurship from ideas to success

The JRC (Ispra, Italy) is organising this workshop under the Microbial Community-based sequencing analysis linked to anthropogenic pressures (MicroCoKit), with the framework of the FP7 Marie Curie Action: "Industry Academia Partnerships and Pathways (IAPP)" project.
The workshop aims to:
Provide young scientists with useful tools, information and inspiration
Promote and boost entrepreneurship activities
Motivate young scientists to be proactive in using the wealth of information available to help create jobs based on their ideas.
